SUNDANCE 2008 - NEW FRONTIER ON MAIN
A collaboration between filmmaker Braden King, composer Shahzad Ismaily and myself, THE STORY IS STILL ASLEEP was a multi-media installation / performance; part of Sundance's New Frontier on Main. More documentation to come, but you can see some photos in UPSTAGE.

SUFJAN STEVENS AUSTRALIAN TOUR
Joined Sufjan in Australia for the Sydney Festival with additional shows in Brisbane and Melbourne. There's no freakin' ozone so we got burned but besides that there are HUGE bats and it's pretty close to utopia. You can see some of the visuals in UPSTAGE.

CUPID IN GRAPEFRUIT WITH CHOCOLAT & AKITO
My dreams of performing live with my favorite couple (that side of the Pacific) came true last November when I traveled to Tokyo for a two night performance. A DVD of the show is coming soon!

THE BQE AT BAM WITH SUFJAN STEVENS
Huge Screens. Hulahooping. Cue sheets. My favorite lighting designer Alban. It's like playing dress up and going to a big banquet where you suspect you don't belong but do your best to make like you do and the people there are nice enough to let you.
